Stay flexible - this is key! In concessions always expect the unexpected. Changes at the last minute are common - rolling with it is the name of the game.

what can you do?

cashier

The biggest need! You'll be greeting customers, taking orders and running the register. Customer service is key!

booth runners

You're running food and/or drinks to the cashiers. Great spot for teens!

suite runners

At Bank of America we are stationed in the kitchen for the event and are running food from the kitchen to the suites. Lots of walking - but you're out earlier than concessions.

food prep

Boxing, wrapping or assembling prepared food. We do this at all locations as needed.

club attendants

Buffet attendants in clubs spaces at Bank of America and Atrium Health Ballpark.

cook

We cook at Bank of America and UNC Charlotte and at the ball parks on occasion.

bartender

Training is required to tend bar at Bank of America, Spectrum Center and Quail Hollow.

bar back

The most physically demanding of all the opportunities. Moving and hooking up kegs, managing ice hydration stations, cases of beer and ensuring that bartenders have what they need.
